Educational Qualification for SIDBI Bharti 2021
- Graduation in Engineering (B.E.) in electrical or civil engineering with min. of 60% marks in an aggregate/average or 1st Class from a Govt. recognized University or Institute / Postgraduates Degree in the same subject will be preferred.
- Engineering Graduate (B.E.) in Computer Science / ECE / IT.
- MCA / M. Sc. in IT / M.Sc. in Computer Science from a Govt. recognized University or Institute.
- Applicants must be MCA / B.E./ B.Tech. from a Govt. recognized University.
- Applicants must be M. Tech. or M.Sc. in IT / CS from a Govt. recognized University.
Experience Required for SIDBI Bharti 2021
- Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years of essential experience in the field of IT, preferably with a software development background, out of which a min. of 10 years must be in senior executive level, and min 03 years should be in the banking & financial sector.
- Min 20 years experience in supervision and execution of civil maintenance of office buildings / residential Complexes / commercial buildings and civil construction work with basic knowledge of RCC design and other civil works.
- First-hand knowledge in managing the development of comprehensive software solutions.
- Exposure to Core Banking Solutions, Learning Management Solutions, Networking, Digital Banking, and IT Infrastructure Solutions.
- Technical know-how.
- Adaptability to different roles.
- Basic working knowledge of computers.
- Experience in the formation of tenders for civil works.
- Extensive experience in delivering massive capital building design/projects.
- Sound understanding of building and construction maintenance.
- Track record of maintenance.
- Minimum of 08 years of post-basic qualification experience in the IT industry or IT business out of which min. 05 years in building and advance high-performing IT application development.
Age Criteria (Maximum age limit as of 17 May 2021)
- The upper age limit for Chief Technology Officer & Chief Technical Advisor – 50 years.
- The upper age limit for DevOps Leads – 35 years.
